General Conditions Applicable to ALL – Accor Live Limitless Members and Non-Members

By booking the “Indulge in Luxury: -25%” offer, the guest acknowledges having read and accepted the terms and conditions outlined below:

This offer is valid, subject to availability at the selected hotel, for stays between June 22 and September 7, 2025 (inclusive) at participating Sofitel Legend, Sofitel, and MGallery hotels in the following countries: Albania, Algeria, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Benin, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Canada, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Ivory Coast, Japan, Kenya, Laos, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mexico, Morocco, Myanmar, Netherlands, New Zealand, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Polynesia (French), Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America, Uruguay, and Vietnam.

Reservations must be made between May 13 and June 11, 2025, by 11:59 p.m. (Paris time, UTC+1) through Accor’s direct distribution channels (Accor websites, Accor All mobile apps, ALL call center, directly with hotels) or through traditional travel agencies using a GDS automatically connected to the Accor reservation center.

No online prepayment is required at the time of booking, but all bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the start of your stay.

The offer may be modified, canceled, or replaced after booking, in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy. If cancellation is not permitted or the cancellation deadline has passed, the hotel will charge for the first night including VAT.

Offer Conditions:

• The advertised 25% discount applies to the flexible rate, with or without breakfast, except for hotels that offer only one meal plan. In such cases, the 25% discount applies to either the flexible rate or the flexible rate with breakfast, depending on the hotel’s rate structure and subject to availability and applicable date conditions.

• The discount does not apply to additional services, tourist taxes, or any taxes added to the tourist tax.

• A minimum stay of two nights and a maximum of ten nights is required.

• The “Indulge in Luxury: -25%” offer may be combined with the Member Rate (if applicable), but not with any other discounts or special offers. This offer is not applicable to group bookings. The booked rate is subject to the general terms and conditions of sale.

• Prices displayed do not include local taxes.

• This offer allows guests to earn ALL – Accor Live Limitless points at participating hotels (see list).

Child Policy:

The child policy may vary by hotel and will be specified in the general sales conditions of the booked rate.

Cancellation and Modification Policy:

No fees will be charged for cancellations or modifications made in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy based on the flexible rate. In case of cancellation or modification after the deadline, the amount due is non-refundable.
